• Contact form: when you submit our contact form, we collect your name, email address, company name (optional), and the message you send us.
• Live chat: if you use the chat widget on our site, we (and our chatbot provider, Botpress) collect the messages you send and technical information needed to run the conversation, such as a session identifier.
• Automatically collected data: like most websites, our hosting and analytics infrastructure may log standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

We do not knowingly collect any special category data (such as health, financial, or biometric information) through this website, and we ask that you don't include it in messages to us.

6. Third-party services we use

We share limited data with a small number of trusted third-party service providers who help us run this website and respond to enquiries:

• Formspree — processes and delivers the messages you submit through our contact form.
• Botpress — powers the live chat widget on our site and processes the messages exchanged within it.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on our website; loading a font may involve your browser making a request to Google's servers.

These providers only process data on our behalf, for the purposes described above, and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes. Some of these providers may be based, or process data, outside the UK — see Section 8 below.

7. How long we keep your data
