Meisai provides agentic AI, automation, chatbot, and consultancy services for small and medium-sized businesses. Information about our services on this Site (including on the Services, How We Work, and Use Cases pages) is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding offer. Any actual engagement — including scope, pricing, timelines, and deliverables — is agreed separately in writing (typically following an opportunity call and discovery phase, as described on our How We Work page) before any work begins.

4. Enquiries and bookings

When you submit our contact form or book an opportunity call, you're asking us to get in touch with you — this doesn't create any contractual obligation on either side. We aim to respond within one business day, but we don't guarantee a specific response time.

5. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, illustrations, and the underlying design and code — is owned by or licensed to Meisai LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
